2026-2028 Sustainability Plan: "We take care of what matters"

Línea Directa Aseguradora continues to promote sustainability as a strategic pillar of its business model. For more than a decade, the Group has integrated environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into its activities, with the aim of creating value for the organisation and for all its stakeholders.

The 6th Sustainability Plan 2026–2028 constitutes the Group’s ESG roadmap, reinforcing its commitment to responsible growth and consolidating the progress achieved during the previous period. During that time, Línea Directa achieved outstanding scores in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Index assessments carried out by S&P Global and was recognised through its inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook in 2024, 2025 and 2026, positioning it as one of the most sustainable insurers in the world.

Línea Directa Aseguradora’s vision for this three-year plan is to drive sustainable growth, contributing to environmental and social improvement while complying with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

The Plan establishes a set of key objectives that will guide the Group’s initiatives over the next three years: to generate a positive impact on society and the environment; to drive business growth through customer acquisition and loyalty; and to lead a sustainable transformation and digitalisation process that responsibly strengthens the Group’s competitiveness.

The Plan structures its implementation around three main pillars:

  • Environmental, which incorporates objectives focused on environmental protection, responsible resource management and the implementation of an environmental strategy centred on tackling climate change. It also advances collaboration with external analysts to provide the market with more detailed information on the Group’s environmental performance.
  • Social, which promotes equality, diversity and inclusion, fosters wellbeing and health, and reinforces the commitment to road safety and the protection of people, while also introducing a new leadership model based on competencies and values.
  • Good governance, which strengthens ethical management, transparency and the company’s responsible performance in an increasingly digital context shaped by new emerging risks. It ensures the conditions necessary for business continuity in a context of high uncertainty.

To achieve the objectives set out, the Sustainability Plan will be built around 15 strategic lines: 3 environmental, 6 social and 6 governance.
